Terms and Conditions

You will not be able to get a free Will from Montgomery Financial unless you agree to their Terms and Conditions. It is worth noting that:

You must be aged 18 or over to use the Service.
This offer is only available in England and Wales.
There is no obligation on users of the Service to leave a gift .
You must consent to Montgomery Financial providing our charity partners with your full name, address, date of birth and whether or not you have included a gift to the charity partner.
Montgomery Financial reserves the right to withdraw the Free Will Service.
You consent to us contacting you periodically about other services that we and our partners provide
Montgomery Financial pays to write a standard single Will, and does not pay for more complicated Wills as this would negatively impact on the business.

If the costs of writing your Will exceed this fixed sum you are responsible for the additional amount. When giving instructions you should check that the cost of the Will is covered.
