How We Store Your Personal Information

We store your data securely in our CRM system (The Key). We also use regulated sourcing software. We retain your data for as long as required by law and our regulatory obligations. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.

• Right of access – Ask for copies of your personal information
• Right to rectification – Ask to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure – Ask us to delete your data in certain cases
• Right to restrict processing – Ask us to limit what we do with your data

• Right to data portability – Request we transfer your data elsewhere
