Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

This offer is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who refer friends or family members (Referred Friend) to Montgomery FS LTD for mortgage advice.

The Referrer must:

• Have obtained explicit consent from the Referred Friend for the referral and for the passing of their contact details to Montgomery FS LTD.
• Have obtained explicit consent for Montgomery FS LTD to contact the Referred Friend using the provided contact details.
• Not refer themselves.
• Meet all qualifying criteria and other clauses within these Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions.

The Referred Friend must:

• Have completed a fact find with a member of the Montgomery FS LTD advice team.
• Have completed a mortgage through Montgomery FS LTD.
• Meet all qualifying criteria and other clauses within these Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying Criteria

• Referrals are only valid if the Referred Friend is not an existing client or prospect of Montgomery FS LTD—i.e., they must not already be known to the company.
• Only valid for mortgage completions of £50,000 or greater.
• A joint application is considered one Referred Friend.
• Referral must be completed via the online refer a friend form on our website ( https://montgomeryfs.co.uk/refer-a-friend/)

Non-Qualifying Criteria

• Referrers who reside outside of the United Kingdom.
• Referred Friends who reside outside of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Montgomery FS LTD are not eligible to receive the referral reward.
• Referral must not be known to Montgomery FS LTD before the start date of the campaign which began on the 1/10/2025

Reward

• If all conditions above are met, the Referrer will receive either: £100 in cash, or A £100 Amazon voucher
• The Referrer can choose their preferred reward option at the time of eligibility confirmation.
• Rewards will be issued within 30 days of Montgomery FS LTD being formally notified of the mortgage completion by the mortgage lender.
• The Referrer will be notified using the registered email address held by Montgomery FS LTD.
• Use of the Amazon voucher is subject to Amazon’s gift voucher terms and conditions.
• Montgomery FS LTD cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation, or identity fraud.
• The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for other prizes.

Other Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of Referred Friends a Referrer can refer.
• Montgomery FS LTD accepts no responsibility if it is unable to offer services to a Referred Friend.
• In the event of any disputes regarding the Refer-a-Friend scheme, the decision of Montgomery FS LTD is final.
• Montgomery FS LTD reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer, including changing these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
