Wills & Will Writing

What is a Will?

A will is a legal document that sets out exactly what happens to your money, property, and personal belongings when you die. It also lets you choose who handles your estate and who looks after your children if they’re under 18.
Without a valid will, the law decides everything for you — and it rarely lines up with what people actually want.

Why Everyone Should Have One

Most people put will writing off, but the reality is simple:

Your assets may not go to the people you expect.

Your partner may not automatically inherit.

Your children’s future could be left unclear.

Family disputes become more likely without clear instructions.

The probate process becomes slower, more stressful, and more expensive.

A will protects your wishes, protects the people you care about, and stops the mess that happens when someone passes away without one

Complimentary Wills

On occasion, we run a campaign or offer complimentary wills — this is entirely at our discretion.
If you choose to take up the offer, the will instruction forms must be completed and returned to us within 6 weeks of your mortgage completing.
If the forms aren’t returned within that timeframe, the complimentary will offer expires.

Who Completes the Wills and Trusts?

We don’t complete wills or trusts ourselves. All will writing and trust work is carried out by a specialist third-party company we work with. We handle the introduction and make sure the process runs smoothly, but the legal preparation is done by qualified professionals.
